Sikkim’s Rajya Sabha MP DT Lepcha Joins BJP Protest Against Congress in Delhi

Delhi 19/12/2024:
Sikkim’s Rajya Sabha MP, DT Lepcha,
participated in the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) protest against the Congress at the Parliament premises today. The demonstration was organized in response to the Congress’s remarks regarding Home Minister Amit Shah, which the BJP termed as defamatory and politically motivated.

During the protest, BJP leaders and workers raised slogans against the Congress, accusing the opposition party of creating unnecessary political disruptions.
The protest, attended by several BJP MPs and senior leaders, highlighted the BJP’s demand for an apology from the Congress over its comments. The incident has further intensified the ongoing political confrontation between the ruling BJP and the opposition parties in the Winter Session of Parliament.
