Society Extends Hearty Greetings on PRC’s 76th National Day
Kathmandu, October 1 – On the occasion of the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Nepal-China Mutual Cooperation Society has sent an official congratulatory message to the President of China, the Government, and all the people.
In a statement released today, the Society mentioned the Great Revolution and the founding of modern China, remembering this day as “glorious” and “auspicious”.
The message expressed appreciation for the “unprecedented development, economic progress, national stability and prosperity” achieved by China. It further highlighted that “the success, prosperity and development achieved by China have left an astonishing mark on the world.”
Giving importance to bilateral relations, the society expressed confidence that “true friendship between Nepal and China based on goodwill, mutual respect and cooperation” will continue. It emphasized that this partnership will continue to advance for the mutual benefit of both nations.
The message also raised the issue of national unity, expressing confidence that “the peaceful reunification of Taiwan with the motherland will take place this year.”
Wishing “national rejuvenation, sustainable development, and unprecedented prosperity” for China’s future, the Society has maintained bilateral relations by saying, “Long live Nepal-China friendship!”
