Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand described Prime Minister Carney’s visit to China as highly successful and said it marked the beginning of a new era in Canada–China relations.
She also thanked China for granting visa-free access to Canadian citizens and expressed hope that both sides would maintain close dialogue and cooperation, strengthen people-to-people exchanges, and promote the positive and stable development of bilateral relations.
