Russia Announces Weekly Press Briefing, Maria Zakharova to be Key Speaker

Kathmandu, February 17: Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova will hold her weekly press briefing this coming Wednesday, February 18. During the briefing, she will provide information on current foreign policy issues.
According to information released by the Russian Foreign Ministry, the press briefing will commence at 11:00 am Moscow Time (6:45 pm Nepal Time). The international time schedule is as follows:
· 8:00 am Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
· 9:00 am Central European Time (CET)
· 4:00 pm China Standard Time (CST)
Journalists wishing to participate in the press briefing should contact the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Press Centre. Accredited journalists will receive information regarding the technical aspects of submitting questions. Spokeswoman Zakharova will respond to media questions received by the call centre.
Important Notice: Applications for accreditation for the press briefing can be submitted until 10:00 am Moscow Time on February 17 (12:45 pm Nepal Time).
