140 US Soldiers Wounded in Attacks on Iran, Eight in Critical Condition

Kathmandu / According to information provided by a Pentagon spokesman on Tuesday, approximately 140 US soldiers have been wounded since the United States and Israel launched joint military attacks on Iran on February 28, with eight of them in serious condition.

Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell said in a statement, “The vast majority of these injuries have been minor, and 108 service members have already returned to duty. Eight service members remain listed as severely injured and are receiving the highest level of medical care.”

Thus far, seven US service members have been killed in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia amid the ongoing US-Israeli war with Iran.

On Monday, US President Donald Trump stated that America’s goals in Iran are “pretty well complete.”
