Bollywood Buzz in Kathmandu on the Pretext of a Casino Opening, Sanjay Dutt Meets Pushpa Kamal Dahal

Kathmandu – Renowned Indian film actor Sanjay Dutt arrived in Kathmandu today to attend the opening ceremony of the ‘Badshah Casino,’ which is set to begin operations at Hotel Barahi in Durbar Marg. Shortly after his arrival, Dutt met with Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda,’ coordinator of the Nepal Communist Party and former Prime Minister.

Although no official details of the meeting have been made public, sources say the meeting was a courtesy call. The interaction between a prominent Bollywood actor and a senior Nepali political leader has generated considerable interest within Kathmandu’s political and entertainment circles.

Sanjay Dutt is scheduled to participate in the formal opening ceremony of Badshah Casino. Following the event, he is expected to return to New Delhi, India, tomorrow.

Meanwhile, internationally well-known nude and mainstream film actress Sunny Leone is also scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu tomorrow to take part in programs related to the same casino opening. Her arrival is expected to further heighten the profile of the inauguration event.

Set to open in the Durbar Marg area, Badshah Casino has already been drawing attention from the perspectives of tourism, entertainment, and investment. Analysts believe that the participation of well-known Bollywood figures could also have a positive impact on the promotion of tourism in Kathmandu.
