China Congratulates Nepal on Successful Elections: Partnership for Friendship and Development to Continue

Kathmandu — Ms. Mao Ning, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, expressed China’s perspective on the House of Representatives elections in Nepal during a regular press conference on March 6, 2026.

China congratulated Nepal on the timely and peaceful conclusion of its electoral process and expressed happiness in seeing the smooth progression of Nepal’s political agenda.
