Beijing — An important article by Chinese President Xi Jinping, titled “Promoting the High-Quality Development of the Marine Economy,” will be published on March 16 in Issue No. 6 of the journal Qiushi.

The article emphasizes that China must promote the efficient development and utilization of marine resources in order to advance Chinese-style modernization.
