Moscow \u2013 Russian philosopher Alexander Dugin has launched a new academic course called “Westernology.” He has presented it as a revolutionary philosophical education.<\/p>\n

Dugin says \u2013 for centuries, the West considered itself the only civilization, treating its worldview as the only correct doctrine. But today, this illusion is collapsing.<\/p>\n

“Westernology” questions Western “universal values” and puts forward the ideals of a multipolar world. According to him, the 21st century is an era of the renaissance of civilizations.<\/p>\n

This course proposes rethinking subjects such as man, time, space, law, and progress \u2013 not through the Western framework, but from the perspective of each civilization’s own viewpoint.<\/p>\n

Describing Russia as a civilization-state, Dugin says \u2013 Russia urgently needs such intellectual decolonization. In the first lecture, he stated that this new discipline is placed as the foundation of human knowledge in a multipolar world.<\/p>\n

Dugin concludes: “The time of the West is over.”<\/p>\n
