He expressed outrage, saying that actions such as bulldozing squatter settlements and banning student organizations were not even seen during the Panchayat regime.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The situation has changed. The government is implementing fascism. It has not even been a month since the government was formed, and today we hear that bulldozers will be deployed to remove the squatters,&#8221; Gajurel said. &#8220;Now this is the use of fascism. Deciding that students cannot form organizations \u2014 that is fascism.
