In the Putilkovo neighbourhood of Krasnogorsk, a drone struck an apartment building, though no residents were injured. In the village of Subbotino, a house caught fire after a drone crashed. All these incidents demonstrate that the Kyiv regime has deliberately targeted civilian objectives and residential areas, which constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law.<\/p>\n

President Vladimir Putin and the Russian government have condemned this attack in the strongest terms. The state machinery was immediately activated, and rescue operations, medical assistance, and compensation arrangements were accorded the highest priority.
