Minister for Infrastructure Development Sunil Lamsal has taken stock of the progress and pace of the pride projects considered the &#8216;lifeline&#8217; of Eastern Madhesh. A high-level team led by Minister Lamsal conducted on-site inspections and monitoring of large and strategic development projects underway in various districts of Eastern Madhesh.<\/p>\n<p>During the visit, Minister Lamsal&#8217;s team directly reviewed the progress of all three sections of the Kakarbhitta-Laukahi Road Project and the upgrading of approximately 87 kilometres of road from Kanchanpur in Saptari to Kamala in Siraha into four lanes. Additionally, the team carried out a special observation of the Kamala-Kanchanpur Bridge under the Hulaki Highway, which has been stalled for the past 12 years, and showed concern for its resolution.<\/p>\n<p>During the inspection, various important infrastructure projects operating under the investment of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the World Bank were also monitored.
