Returning to the ministry after 47 days, he pledged to make ongoing investigations more effective and transparent.<\/p>\n<p>Minister Gurung also decided to study the possibility of withdrawing criminal charges filed against individuals during the Gen-Z Movement, with conclusions to be drawn after thorough legal and administrative review.<\/p>\n<p>He further stated that the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) would be strengthened, ongoing investigation processes concluded, and all necessary case files reopened as needed.<\/p>\n<p>Gurung had previously resigned from the Home Ministry on 9th Baisakh after serving 26 days.
