The operator said this was nearly half the transit time required via the traditional Suez Canal route and was also faster than China-Europe freight rail services.<\/p>\n<p>Xin Jianning, general manager of Zhejiang Seaport Logistics Group Co., Ltd., said the route offers particular advantages in terms of shorter transit time and greater supply chain security.<\/p>\n<p>The Dubai Tower is carrying high-value and temperature-sensitive goods, mainly produced in cities across the Yangtze River Delta. The cargo includes energy storage cabinets, power batteries, photovoltaic modules and components for new-energy vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>Because Arctic navigation conditions remain seasonal, the route is expected to operate mainly between July and October.
