A special working team was also dispatched to the affected area to guide rescue operations and help prevent secondary disasters such as further landslides.<\/p>\n<p>The National Commission for Disaster Prevention, Reduction and Relief, together with the Ministry of Emergency Management, also activated a Level-II emergency response for disaster relief.<\/p>\n<p>Chinese central authorities have arranged 30,000 relief items to support evacuation, temporary resettlement and emergency assistance.
