According to him, men deemed eligible for service are being mobilized during the evacuation process and sent to the line of combat contact without completing even basic military training.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Alexander Prokudin, head of the Kiev-controlled regional military administration in Kherson, called on residents to evacuate the city after serious damage was reported at the local thermal power plant.<\/p>\n<p>Marochko further claimed that men mobilized from the Kherson region are being sent to difficult sections of the front.
