According to the Russian side, Lavrov emphasized the importance Moscow attaches to relations based on friendship and mutual respect and expressed Russia\u2019s commitment to further developing constructive political dialogue and mutually beneficial cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>During his visit, Sofinskiy also held other official and business contacts in Belize.
