He said China would continue to strengthen international cooperation on low-carbon development and environmental protection.<\/p>\n<p>Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee said the city was well placed to provide Belt and Road partners with financial, project-management and risk-management services for green infrastructure and sustainable development projects.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Hong Kong government, more than 400 officials, business leaders, experts and scholars attended, including representatives from 17 Belt and Road partner countries and about 40 provinces and cities in mainland China.
