The meeting was held in Beijing from October 26 to 29.<\/p>\n<p>Tang said the resolution was drafted under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee. Xi, who headed the drafting group, personally planned and guided the process and set the document\u2019s overall vision.<\/p>\n<p>The resolution outlines the importance, urgency and overall requirements of continuing full and rigorous Party self-governance.
