Modi Calls Ravi and Balen: ‘Confidence that Nepal-India Relations Will Reach New Heights’

Kathmandu. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has held a telephone conversation with Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balendra Shah. Following the conversation with the two leaders, Prime Minister Modi conveyed a congratulatory message via social media for the success achieved by the RSP in the elections.
In his message, Prime Minister Modi congratulated the RSP leadership for the party’s “great success” in the elections and expressed best wishes to the newly formed government. He stated, “India remains committed to working for the mutual prosperity, progress, and well-being of the two countries.”
The Indian Prime Minister also expressed confidence that Nepal-India relations will reach new heights in the days ahead. In his posts on Facebook and X, Modi mentioned RSP, Rabi Lamichhane, and Balendra Shah. Political analysts have noted that the telephone conversation with the two leaders sends a positive message for Nepal-India relations.
