Netanyahu announces ‘decisive strike’ on Tehran, mobilizes 100,000 soldiers

Tel Aviv, March 2: Intensifying the ongoing attack against Iran, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned that the strike on Tehran will become even more powerful in the coming days. In a video statement released from the rooftop of the Kirya military headquarters in Tel Aviv, Netanyahu described this attack, carried out with US support, as the “decisive step” he had sought for 40 years.
Netanyahu stated that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and dozens of senior officials were killed in the attack carried out under the joint US-Israeli operation that began on Saturday. “Yesterday we took down Khamenei, along with dozens of senior officials. Our forces are now striking the heart of Tehran, and this intensity will increase further in the coming days,” he said.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military has announced it is preparing to mobilize 100,000 reserve soldiers. The army stated that this step is being taken to increase security vigilance along the borders with Syria, Lebanon, the occupied West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and southern Israel. In response to the Israeli attack, Iran has carried out retaliatory actions against Israeli and American targets in the Middle East.
