President Putin Comments on Advancing Russian Offensive and Ukrainian Military Situation

Moscow, – Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that fighting will only cease when Ukrainian troops withdraw from their positions, emphasizing the successes of Russia’s ongoing offensive.
In a statement, President Putin claimed that positive momentum continues across all sectors of the front line and that the pace of the Russian offensive is increasing. He stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces suffered 47,000 troop losses in October alone and suggested that Kyiv is powerless to stop high rates of desertion, as reported by Western media.
Putin identified the main problem for the Ukrainian military as the growing gap between the number of new recruits and its losses, resulting in a net decrease of 10,000 to 15,000 personnel per month.
