Volume Five of “Xi Jinping: The Governance of China” Published in Multiple Languages

Kathmandu, — The fifth volume of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s important work Xi Jinping: The Governance of China has been published in French, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Japanese and traditional Chinese, official sources said on Monday.

The newly published volume contains 91 speeches, written works and other texts by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, delivered or written between May 27, 2022, and December 20, 2024. It also includes 41 photographs from the same period. The book is divided into 18 sections according to its themes.

The volume presents a vivid account of China’s pursuit of high-quality development, comprehensive reform and high-level opening-up while facing a complex international environment and difficult domestic reform tasks. It also reflects the latest achievements in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context in the modern era.

The publication of the multilingual editions is expected to help the international community better understand the latest development of Xi Jinping Thought, as well as China’s development concepts, solutions and wisdom.
