Addressing the inaugural session, Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov said Russian education has strong prospects in India. He emphasized the need to expand scientific and academic exchanges between the two countries. He also highlighted the importance of increasing the number of Indian students at Russian universities and expanding Russian language study centers in India as key steps toward strengthening educational cooperation.
