Sudhan Gurung Sworn in Again as Home Minister After 47 Days

Sudhan Gurung has been reinstated as Home Minister in the Council of Ministers, ranking fifth in seniority. After resigning from the position 47 days ago, he has returned to lead the Ministry of Home Affairs. Science, Technology, and Innovation Minister Mahaveer Pun has been assigned the eighth rank.
Following Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle holds the second rank, Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal the third, and Energy Minister Birajbhakta Shrestha the fourth.
The newly appointed ministers, Gurung and Pun, took their oath of office and secrecy before President Ramchandra Paudel on Tuesday.
