NRNA Urges Peaceful Resolution Through Dialogue and Cooperation

The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has urged all concerned parties to seek a peaceful resolution to the current problems through dialogue, restraint and cooperation.

In a statement issued on Thursday, NRNA President Dr. Hemraj Sharma stressed the need to restore normalcy as soon as possible, ensure the safety of citizens’ lives and property, and preserve social harmony.

The association called on the government, political parties, civil society, local communities and all stakeholders to move forward through dialogue, cooperation, mutual understanding and restraint in order to restore peace, security and public confidence.

The NRNA also paid tribute to those who lost their lives in the recent incidents and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families and relatives. It further wished the injured a speedy recovery.
