Narayangadh–Muglin Road Reduced to One-Way Traffic After Rockfall Near Namsi New Bridge

Traffic along the Narayangadh–Muglin road section has been disrupted after rocks fell near the Namsi New Bridge area early today.

Vehicles are currently being allowed to pass in one direction only because of the obstruction, according to the District Traffic Police Office.

Police Inspector Anil Thapa, chief of the office, said work had begun to clear the fallen rocks and restore full traffic movement. He said the road could be reopened after some time if no additional rocks fall from the hillside.

Police have urged drivers and passengers to remain cautious while traveling along the road section because of the continued risk of landslides and rockfalls.
