Putin and To Lam to Hold Kremlin Talks on September 9

Russian President Vladimir Putin and General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam are scheduled to hold talks at the Kremlin in Moscow on September 9.
The meeting will take place during To Lam’s state visit to Russia.
The two leaders are expected to discuss the current state and future prospects of the Russia-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
Key areas of discussion will include trade and economic cooperation, scientific and educational ties, humanitarian exchanges, as well as cooperation in security and defence.
Putin and To Lam are also expected to exchange views on current international and regional issues.
A package of bilateral documents is expected to be adopted following the talks.
