Putin’s Meeting with U.S. Negotiators Lasts Three Hours and 10 Minutes

Russian President Vladimir Putin’s meeting with U.S. negotiators on Ukraine, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, lasted three hours and 10 minutes, Russian Presidential Aide Yury Ushakov said.

According to Ushakov, the talks were substantive, constructive, extremely frank and held in an atmosphere of trust.

“The meeting lasted more than three hours, or more precisely, three hours and 10 minutes. It was substantive, constructive, extremely frank and trusting,” Ushakov said.

He added that discussions on highly serious issues continued both during the formal working session and later in a more informal setting over dinner.

According to Ushakov, the dialogue remained focused on major issues throughout both the official meeting and the informal discussions at the dining table.
