Russians Rate Social Fund Online Services 4.6 Out of 5

Russian citizens have given the online services provided through the Social Fund of Russia’s portal an average rating of 4.6 out of 5.

Sergei Chirkov, Chairman of the Social Fund of Russia, said in an interview with TASS that public satisfaction with the services has continued to improve.

“I consider this a strong result, and the positive trend continues. We started at around 4.2 points in 2023, and by the end of this year, I hope we will reach 4.7,” Chirkov said.

The current rating of 4.6 marks a noticeable improvement from the approximately 4.2 points recorded in 2023, indicating growing user satisfaction with the fund’s digital services.

According to Chirkov, if the current pace of improvement continues, the average user rating could rise further to 4.7 by the end of the year.
