Industry Minister Sah and Chinese Ambassador Discuss Economic Cooperation

Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Deepak Kumar Sah met Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Zhang Maoming on Wednesday. The courtesy meeting at the ministry focused on strengthening Nepal-China relations and expanding bilateral economic cooperation, according to the minister’s secretariat.

The two discussed promoting trade and investment, expanding access to international markets for Nepali products, and advancing industrial development. They also exchanged views on identifying investment opportunities in industry and infrastructure and making business cooperation more effective.

The meeting highlighted the importance of advancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest and economic prosperity, the secretariat said.
