Rain Possible Across Nepal from Tuesday

A low-pressure system developing over the Bay of Bengal could bring rain to many parts of Nepal from next Tuesday, meteorologist Binod Parajuli said.
An average analysis of four weather forecasting models indicates that rainfall may continue for more than a week. Some areas could receive heavy rain.
The models differ on where the rain will fall and how much is expected, making it difficult to determine the likely impact on specific areas at this stage, Parajuli said.
He advised people to keep the possibility of rain in mind when planning travel and other activities for Dashain tika visits and gatherings next week.
