Musk accuses Ukrainian military of violating Starlink terms

SpaceX founder Elon Musk has accused the Ukrainian military of violating Starlink’s terms of service by using the satellite internet system for offensive drone strikes. In a post on X, he said the loophole that enabled such use had been closed last week.

Musk said Starlink’s commercial service was not permitted for offensive attacks intended to kill people. He also condemned those he said supported prolonging the conflict without offering a realistic way to end it.

Ukrainian officials said restrictions on SpaceX’s satellite communications service had disrupted some military operations last week. Musk made his accusation after Ukraine said the service had returned to normal. The allegation has not been independently verified.
