Russia Plans Trilateral Talks with Ukraine Under US Mediation

Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov has said Moscow plans to hold trilateral talks with Ukraine under US mediation.

“We plan to hold trilateral talks with the Ukrainian side, specifically with US mediation. The United States has decisive importance in everything happening today and in recent years,” Ushakov said.

Asked whether Ukraine’s future depends largely on the United States, he replied, “Of course.”
