Russian Defence Minister Belousov Arrives in Kyrgyzstan: Meets Iranian Deputy Minister, Gains Control in Sumy Region

Moscow — Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov has arrived in Kyrgyzstan to attend a meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) defence ministers. On the sidelines of the event, the head of the Russian military department held talks with the Deputy Minister of Defence of Iran, according to the Russian Defence Ministry. During his working visit, Belousov also inspected Russian military facilities located on Kyrgyz territory.

The Russian Armed Forces have established control over Taratutino in the Sumy region of Ukraine. Additionally, Ilyichovka has been liberated in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the ministry stated. Russian Unmanned Systems Forces continue to adjust artillery and deliver precise strikes against the enemy.

The Russian Defence Ministry also released footage showing mine action groups and artillery crews in action within the special military operation zone.
