Russian Defence Minister Meets Congolese Counterpart, Russian Forces Advance on Two Ukrainian Fronts

Kathmandu — Russian Defence Minister Andrei Belousov held talks with the Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Congo. On the Ukraine war front, Russian troops established control over Korchakovka in the Sumy region and liberated Novoaleksandrovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Russian Defence Ministry stated on Thursday.

The ministry also released footage showing Uragan MLRS, Msta-S howitzer, and tank crews in action. Meanwhile, the minesweeper Polyarny has become an organic part of the Northern Fleet. Tu-95MS long-range bombers of the Russian Aerospace Forces conducted a planned flight over the neutral waters of the Barents and Norwegian seas, the ministry added.
