Russian Forces Strike Drone Facility and Three Cargo Ships in Ukraine

Russian armed forces struck the Aquaplast turbofan plant in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Region, the Russian Ministry of Defence said.

According to the ministry, the facility was involved in assembling unmanned aerial vehicles and uncrewed surface vessels.

Russian forces also struck a dry cargo ship at the Yuzhny port in the Odesa Region that was allegedly delivering military-purpose cargo, the ministry said.

Two additional dry cargo vessels near Odesa were also targeted, according to the Russian side.

Detailed information on the extent of the damage and possible casualties has not been released. Ukrainian authorities have not yet formally confirmed the Russian Defence Ministry’s claims.
