BYD Launches Official 3S Facility in Pokhara

BYD has launched an official service centre at Buddhachowk in Pokhara Metropolitan City Ward 10. The facility has been established by Cimex Inc. Pvt. Ltd., the authorised distributor of BYD Auto Industry Company Limited in Nepal, through its authorised dealer, Flash Mobility Pvt. Ltd.

Pokhara Metropolitan City Mayor Dhan Raj Acharya inaugurated the service centre. With the opening of the new facility, BYD’s complete 3S network covering sales, service and spare parts has become operational in Pokhara, according to the company.

The new service centre will allow BYD customers from Gandaki Province and surrounding areas to receive after sales support directly through the company’s authorised service network. Previously, customers in Pokhara had been receiving after sales services through third party service partners trained by BYD.

According to the company, the new facility will provide modern technical services, genuine spare parts, specialised equipment and support from BYD trained technicians.

The service centre has been established next to BYD’s showroom at Buddhachowk. The company said the facility represents another step in expanding its nationwide after sales service network and strengthening its service coverage in Gandaki Province.

Sushil Tandukar, Head of Service at Cimex Inc., said the company considers the sale of a vehicle to be only the beginning of its long term relationship with customers. He said the new facility would help provide quality after sales support to BYD customers across Gandaki Province.

With the launch of the official 3S facility in Pokhara, BYD has further expanded its sales and after sales service infrastructure in western Nepal.
