Pokhara University Launches PhD Programmes in Engineering for the First Time

Pokhara University has launched PhD-level studies in engineering for the first time.
The university’s Faculty of Science and Technology has invited applications from eligible candidates for PhD programmes in Civil Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
The university has encouraged candidates with strong academic backgrounds and an interest in research to apply. Interested applicants can submit their applications by Bhadra 9, 2083.
The PhD entrance examination will be held on Bhadra 12 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the School of Engineering, Pokhara University, in Dhungepatan, Kaski.
The date for the personal interview will be announced on the day of the entrance examination, according to the Faculty of Science and Technology.
The application fee has been set at Rs 3,000. Candidates who meet the required academic qualifications can complete the application process through the university’s Faculty of Science and Technology.
With the introduction of PhD programmes in engineering, Pokhara University has expanded its scope in advanced technical research and the development of research-oriented human resources.
