TASS Reports Estonian Surveillance Drone Flight over Baltic Sea

Estonia has launched a surveillance drone over the Baltic Sea, Russia’s TASS news agency reported, citing a source in European Union air traffic control services.
According to TASS, the drone was flying slightly above 1.5 kilometres and outside designated civil aviation routes. Those routes include flights over international waters towards the Kaliningrad region, the report said.
No confirmation or response from Estonian authorities was included in the account. The drone’s purpose and reported flight path have not been independently verified.
