Tsentr Group’s Assault Detachments Share Details of Grishino Liberation in Donetsk

Moscow — The Russian Defence Ministry has released detailed information about the operation to liberate Grishino in the Donetsk People’s Republic. Assault detachments of the 35th Motorised Rifle Brigade of the Tsentr (Center) Group of Forces carried out the successful operation.

Using weather conditions to their advantage, the servicemen secretly approached the eastern outskirts of the settlement and seized several positions. Undetected by the enemy’s main forces, they directed artillery and strike drones at their targets, the ministry stated. Meanwhile, Platoon Leader Anton Raskovalov told how Russian servicemen carried out a daring raid using captured enemy vehicles.
