Russian Troops Undergo Specialised Anti-Drone Training, Hone Assault Skills in Combat-Realistic Settings

Kathmandu — Servicemen of the Russian Tsentr Group of Forces are sharpening their assault skills at training grounds in the rear area of the special military operation zone, the Russian Defence Ministry stated on Saturday.

According to the ministry, under the guidance of experienced instructors, the troops are practising various combat scenarios in an environment as close as possible to actual combat conditions. Special attention is being paid to countering drones — servicemen are training to quickly detect UAVs of various types, make competent use of shelters, and destroy aerial targets that simulate enemy FPV drones, the ministry reported.
