Russia Claims Widespread Strikes on Ukrainian Military Infrastructure Across 147 Areas

Moscow. The Russian military has claimed to have carried out extensive air and missile strikes across Ukraine, inflicting serious damage on military infrastructure and ammunition depots. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, operational-tactical aviation, attack drones, missile troops, and artillery delivered strikes on transport infrastructure facilities used in the interests of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ammunition depots, UAV storage and preparation facilities, as well as temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries across 147 areas.

Meanwhile, the Russian Defence Ministry announced that servicemen of the 400th Guards Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment of the Tsentr Group of Forces have received state and departmental awards. The Ministry has also released footage showing Supercam UAV and Zala UAV teams, tank crews, and artillerymen in action.

The Russian side has maintained that these strikes are part of a strategy to degrade Ukraine’s military capabilities. Ukrainian officials, however, have not immediately responded to these claims.
