Victory Day Celebrated on Everest, ‘7 Summits’ Team Hoists Victory Banner

Kathmandu. The renowned Russian ‘7 Summits’ Club climbing team has celebrated Victory Day on Mount Everest. The team, led by Alexander Abramov, marked the grand celebration of Victory Day from the heights of Everest.

Prior to the ascent, the Russian Embassy in Nepal had handed over the Victory Banner and a pennant bearing the inscription ’70 Years of Russia-Nepal Diplomatic Relations’ to the team. The team then hoisted that very banner and pennant on Everest.
