Accreditation Open for Foreign Journalists and Bloggers for International Festival of Youth 2026

Accreditation applications are now open for foreign journalists and bloggers wishing to cover the International Festival of Youth 2026, which will be held in Ekaterinburg, Russia.

The festival will take place from September 11 to 17, 2026. According to the organizers, the event will bring together around 10,000 young leaders from 190 countries. Participants will include young professionals who have already achieved success and demonstrated expertise in science, education, media, public administration, entrepreneurship and other fields.

The large-scale event aims to provide a platform for exchanging experience, discussing global challenges and shaping a shared vision of the future.

The festival program will feature media figures as well as leading Russian and international experts.

Foreign journalists and bloggers can submit their applications until July 17, 2026, through the International Platform of Opportunities. Accreditation will provide access to all official event venues.

An International Media Center will be established for media representatives during the festival. It will include workspaces, a lounge area, and dedicated spaces for press briefings, daily briefings and exclusive interviews.

Foreign media representatives will also be provided with transfer services to Ekaterinburg and accommodation support at hotels in the city, the organizers said.

Foreign journalists who do not have accreditation from the Russian Foreign Ministry must attach several documents to their application. These include an editorial assignment, a media outlet certificate, a brief biography or CV, a personal photo and a copy of a valid press card.

For questions related to accreditation, media representatives can contact the organizers at [email protected].
