Three Killed, One Injured in Ukrainian Drone Attack on Russia’s Rostov Region

Three people were killed and one more was injured in a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia’s southern Rostov Region, Governor Yury Slyusar said.

“Last night, three people were killed as a result of an aerial attack on the Rostov Region, and one more has been hospitalized with injuries,” Slyusar wrote on his Max channel.

According to the governor, more than 150 unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over three cities and nine districts of the region during the attack.

Authorities are continuing to assess the damage caused by the overnight assault.

Russian air defence forces have in recent months been intercepting large numbers of drones targeting southern and border regions, including Rostov.
