Nepal, Poland Foreign Ministers Hold Bilateral Talks in New York

Nepal’s Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal held bilateral talks with Poland’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski in New York on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.

According to the Nepali Foreign Minister’s Private Secretariat, the two ministers discussed various aspects of Nepal–Poland relations and exchanged views on strengthening ties between the two countries. They also explored opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The meeting placed particular emphasis on enhancing coordination and cooperation between Nepal and Poland at multilateral forums, including the United Nations.

The talks provided an opportunity for the two countries to advance their bilateral dialogue and exchange views on international issues of shared concern during the General Assembly.
