Drone Attack Damages Seven Apartment Buildings and City Archive in Luhansk

A massive attack by Ukrainian drones damaged seven apartment buildings and the city archive in Pervomaisk, in the Luhansk People’s Republic, local authorities said. No casualties were reported, city head Sergey Kolyagin said.
According to Kolyagin, the attack overnight hit the industrial zone and also affected residential areas. The facades and windows of seven apartment buildings were damaged. Preliminary reports said 77 windows had been shattered.
The city archive building was seriously damaged. Emergency Situations Ministry personnel extinguished a fire at the site. Local residents are now helping archivists move surviving collections out of the damaged building.
The city administration is documenting damage to residential buildings and informing residents how to apply for compensation.
