Russian-Iranian relations are expanding across all spheres, and both countries have the political will to develop them further, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said on October 8.

Russian President Vladimir Putin met Pezeshkian on the sidelines of a CIS summit. Pezeshkian said bilateral ties were growing in trade, the economy and humanitarian affairs. “We are grateful for the development of our relations. They are currently advancing in virtually all spheres. Our relations are on the rise, and we have sufficient political will to develop them further,” he said.
