A drone attack has damaged civilian infrastructure in Russia’s Saratov Region, with casualties reported in preliminary information, regional Governor Roman Busargin said.

In a post on the Max messaging app, Busargin said emergency services were at the scene. He did not provide details on the number of casualties or the extent of the damage.
